What am I doing here?
Working in Telecommunications since 2015, I had an interesting travel route so far. Started with Deutsche Telekom in Germany doing IP-PBXes… I had some good lessons learned.
Next step was to explore other companies and technologies.
So far I met Cisco UC, Mitel, Microsoft, and Sonus/Ribbon.
I do not have any favorite vendor for UC solutions as all of them have their pros and cons. But the one I have the largest experience with are Ribbon and AudioCodes.
The lastly mentioned one is actually my current employer. 🙂
Sometimes it is hard to gather information about a behavior or to understand where the failure comes from. This is why I started this blog right. To share my knowledge about things that are hard to find actually. Just small pieces to give something back to the awesome UC community worldwide.
Besides this try of „sharing is caring“ my time is spend on my dog and my little child born in 2020 🙂
